I find that Safari tends to cache websites aggressively. Other browsers recognize the change immediately when I publish updates to my site’s CSS, but Safari often does not.

Not a big deal, but if it annoys you it can be cleared quickly.

macOS

  1. Open Safari settings (cmd,).
  2. Select the Privacy tab.
  3. Select Manage Website Data.
  4. Search for your site.
  5. Select the site and select Remove.

iOS

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select Safari (bottom).
  3. Select Website Data.
  4. Search for your site.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. Click the Delete icon next to your site.
  7. Select Delete.
  8. Click Done.
